Our client, a prestigious player in the Legal industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager, Practice Technology to join their dynamic Change Management team. This permanent role offers a compelling opportunity to lead significant change projects both in information technology and business processes at a global level.

I’m working with a leading international law firm who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing Practice Technology team, supporting their Disputes practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of legal, technology and innovation – partnering closely with lawyers to deliver technology solutions that genuinely improve how complex legal matters are managed.

The role is not traditional IT project management; it’s focused on leading end-to-end legal technology projects, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and helping drive adoption of tools across a global disputes practice.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Leading end-to-end legal technology and eDiscovery projects from discovery through implementation
  • Working closely with lawyers and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Managing relationships with legal technology vendors and supporting technology rollouts
  • Helping bridge the gap between technical teams and legal teams by translating technology into practical solutions
  • Supporting innovation initiatives across the disputes practice

Candidate Profile

  • Strong legal technology, litigation technology, Practice Technology or eDiscovery experience
  • Experience delivering complex technology projects within a law firm, Big 4, professional services or eDiscovery environment
  • Confidence managing senior stakeholders and influencing non-technical users
  • Experience working with eDiscovery platforms / legal technology tools
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with lawyers
