We help Hiring Managers, HR Directors, Procurement Leads and Heads of Resourcing get more from their transformational journey through personalised Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Programme (MSP) and Contingent Workforce solutions.

Working with an established client, a globally recognised Insurance provider, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcing Business Partner to join our team. Client branded, embedded within Avencia's existing on-site Team and part of the wider Client HR Team, you will play a key operational role as part of the Talent Acquisition team. You will be providing a meaningful, relationship-driven service, underpinned by robust processes. Acting as a trusted advisor to the hiring community and HR stakeholders, this role is ultimately responsible for the effectiveness of all day-to-day recruitment activity across the client's Wholesale functions, which include Underwriting and Claims. You will ensure a quality-led client and candidate experience. You will be supported by Avencia's Resourcing Delivery Centre based in Manchester and the wider account team based in the client's London and Leeds offices. Whilst the role is based in London, you have the freedom to work from home should you wish to for up to two days per week. Travel to Manchester and Leeds may be required on an ad-hoc basis.

What you'll do?

  • Deliver a best-in-class partnership with the business to fully understand the needs of the Underwriting and Claims functions within a Specialty Insurer.
  • Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process; ensuring compliance with all policies, processes and SLAs.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of Workday Recruiter (client ATS) and Talentlink (company ATS).
  • Work closely with the Avencia Delivery Team in Manchester to drive direct fill opportunities for the business and hit direct fill SLAs.
  • Partner with external agencies to support delivery of the service.
  • Develop relationships with Hiring Managers and Client stakeholders including HR to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Add value by collating trends and market knowledge and sharing with stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain high-level NPS scores from hiring manager feedback surveys.

How You'll do it?

  • Utilise previous RPO partnering experience within Underwriting and Claims.
  • Have a customer-centric approach in attitude and output, operating credibly amongst senior stakeholders.
  • Exhibit empathy for your customers (candidate/client/supplier).
  • Spot opportunities and recommend changes to the strategic direction of talent acquisition for that function.
  • Influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver recruitment best practices.
  • Adapt your communication style appropriately to interact with multiple stakeholders and optimise those interactions.
  • Have a structured and organised approach to managing multiple recruitment vacancies and ensuring that Workday Recruiter is the source of truth.
  • Deal with issues that arise calmly and present logical solutions.
  • Deliver against contractual KPIs and personal KPIs set with your Manager.
