We are recruiting on behalf of a market leading insurance business operating within the Lloyd's market for a Business Change Project Manager to join their growing change function.

This is a broad business change role, working across a range of business areas and delivering projects from initial planning through to implementation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, managing project plans, risks, dependencies and delivery activities to ensure successful outcomes.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong Business Change or Project Management experience within insurance
  • Good understanding of the Lloyd's or London Market
  • Experience delivering complex business change or transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior business stakeholders
  • Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
  • A structured, proactive and commercially minded approach to delivery
  • Experience working across multiple business functions and managing competing priorities
