We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Specialist to join our team and drive the development and optimization of solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven dashboards, reports, and automated workflows that streamline business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across business units.
- Develop and manage Power Automate flows to automate and optimize business processes, including approvals, notifications, data collection, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data and workflow solutions.
- Ensure data models are well-structured, efficient, and scalable for Power BI reporting.
- Manage connections to various data sources including SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, and cloud-based APIs.
- Maintain governance and best practices for Power Platform environments including security, data access, and performance optimization.
