Overview: Join one of the leading organisations in international private equity and funding, with offices based across the globe. They are looking for an experienced manager to come in and support existing Tier 1 customers to manage and set up their teams and knit existing functions together!
The Role: We are on the lookout for a PMO Manager to spearhead the construction, maintenance and joining of functions belonging to one of our client's main customers. You will be taking part in a huge portfolio of work and using your expertise in this senior management position to get these teams up to an excellent standard. You will be reporting directly into director level and have the ability to put your own mark on an integral business to the private equity and funding space!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and set up all the teams belonging to an existing Tier 1 customer
- Knit together existing teams to the correct standard
- Manage stakeholders and expectations throughout the contract to ensure everyone is working on the same page
- Communicate with senior members of this account to ensure teams are being set up to the correct standard
Your Profile:
- You must have extensive experience working within Financial Services
- You must have worked at a senior management level and created teams in the past
- You must have worked within alternative investment, funds or asset management previously
- This is an immediate role so you must be able to start ASAP
- You are experienced with coming into organisations and hitting the ground running to provide real impact
