We’re recruiting for a leading Insurance client seeking an Insurance Platform Operations Manager to support a major platform transformation and manage end-to-end BDX (bordereaux) processing operations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on operations leadership role overseeing BDX processing as business migrates onto a new insurance platform. You’ll manage a small team, ensure data quality, and act as the key link between underwriting, clients, and back-office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BDX / bordereaux processing into the insurance platform
- Lead and support a team of ~5-6 operations staff
- Oversee BDX mapping, validation, loading, and issue resolution
- Support platform migration and establish BAU processes
- Drive operational improvement, automation, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Strong delegated authority / BDX operations experience
- Proven insurance operations team leadership
- Hands-on experience with Intrali / VIPR Intrali
- Exposure to insurance platform migration or BAU environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills
