The Role:
- Lead the design, implementation and governance of the organisation’s MDM framework
- Own the creation of a single source of truth across candidates, clients and operational data
- Embed MDM practices into business workflows and drive user adoption
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the MDM framework using Tamr
- Define data domains, quality standards and governance processes
- Work with stakeholders to resolve data quality and integration issues
- Manage vendor relationships and MDM performance reporting
