We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary product and IT team within a leading Law Firm. In this role, you’ll gather, refine, and articulate both functional and non-functional requirements, working closely with Product Owners, QA/Test teams, and senior IT leaders to shape product roadmaps, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful delivery.
For larger initiatives, you’ll operate at a strategic level, producing artefacts such as as-is/to-be process maps and business activity models that support user adoption and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
- Support delivery teams with clear success criteria, traceable requirements, and quality outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment, readiness for change, and adoption of new systems.
- Promote a focus on business value and measurable outcomes across all initiatives.
- Strong technical analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements management, and documentation.
- Experience in global legal, professional services, or highly regulated environments is preferred.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- Desirable: Certification in Professional Scrum, Agile, or related frameworks.
