Oliver James is partnered with a specialist Deals Advisory firm to support them in hiring a Technology Advisory Manager. The role will be London‑based, averaging three days in the office, paying up to £100,000 basic excluding a car allowance, bonuses, well‑being allowances and flexible benefits.

Responsibilities

As a Manager you will operate under tight M&A time frames and demands; interface with corporate technology teams, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and private‑equity investment teams to support successful execution of their M&A engagements. You will advise clients, PE firms and other enterprises across technology pre‑deal diligence, carve‑outs, integrations and portfolio reviews.
