Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the completion of accurate financial statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and statutory regulations.
  • Lead the reporting processes under the Solvency II directive, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all required documentation.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
