We are seeking an experienced JIRA Developer with a strong background in setting up JIRA from scratch within business environments. This role is ideal for a JIRA professional who has led end-to-end implementations, including configuration, customisation, and integrations, and can deliver a robust JIRA system tailored to organisational needs. Responsibilities : Design and implement a complete JIRA system tailored to business requirements. Customise JIRA workflows, fields, permissions, and schemes to support diverse teams. Configure integrations with other tools and applications. Provide expertise in JIRA best practices, system optimisation, and future-proofing the setup. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align JIRA configurations with operational objectives. Requirements : Proven track record of building and deploying JIRA environments from scratch. Strong experience in JIRA configuration, customisation, and workflow automation. Familiarity with JIRA integrations and plugins. Excellent communication skills for engaging with project stakeholders.
