Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing, and exercises
  • Maintain and improve DR documentation and runbooks
  • Manage risk and issue logs and report progress to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams during DR events and incidents

Requirements

  • Proven DR/BCP project management background
  • Experience in insurance or financial services (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with ISO 22301 or equivalent frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and hit the ground running

This is an outside IR35 engagement at approximately £500 per day. Candidates must be able to attend the Milton Keynes office one day per week. Insurance sector experience is desirable but not essential.
