Compliance Officer – Regulatory Oliver James are supporting a thriving speciality lines, niche MGA with the search for a Regulatory Officer. You will specialise in SMCR alongside the wider compliance team. Main responsibilities: Report into the Head of Compliance. Manage the SMCR requirements. Providing expert regulatory support to the business. Participate in horizon scanning. Submit regulatory returns. Staying updated on relevant regulatory updates. Manage the company\’s governance timetable. Give regulatory training to staff. Key Skills: Strong regulatory compliance expertise within insurance is essential. Experienced in horizon scanning. Ability to multitask and take initiative. Ability to provide advice and guidance. Excellent written and verbal communication.
