A leading global professional services firm is looking for a Cloud Security Specialist to join its InfoSec team. This is a hands-on cloud security engineering role, focused primarily on Azure, with some exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You’ll work closely with cloud, DevOps and engineering teams to assess, improve and embed security across cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Reviewing and improving the security of Azure (and some GCP) cloud environments
  • Designing and supporting secure Azure infrastructure (networks, VMs, storage, identity)
  • Reviewing Terraform / infrastructure-as-code for security risks
  • Improving cloud security tooling (e.g. Defender, Conditional Access, IAM)
  • Embedding security into DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Acting as a cloud security SME during incidents when required
What they’re looking for:
  • 5+ years’ experience in cloud security, strong focus on Azure IaaS
  • Hands-on experience securing cloud infrastructure, containers and DevOps pipelines
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, compute and storage
  • Solid Terraform / IaC experience
  • Able to explain security risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
  • GCP exposure
  • Cloud security certifications
  • Experience in large or regulated environments
