We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global insurance business for a Senior Business Analyst to join their UK Change and Transformation team.
This is a broad business change role working across Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Pricing, Distribution and Technology. You will analyse complex business problems, challenge existing processes and help deliver practical change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong Business Analysis experience, ideally within commercial insurance or the London Market
- Experience delivering business change, transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams
- Experience with process analysis, UAT and implementation
- A data driven approach, with exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL beneficial
- An interest in automation, digital transformation and AI
