We’re recruiting a Change Business Analyst to act as the bridge between IT and business teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly captured, documented, and delivered throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work with stakeholders across the organisation to support successful project delivery and help drive continuous improvement within the IT function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business case creation and related documentation
- Lead requirements gathering using appropriate elicitation techniques
- Map ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ processes (BPMN 2.0) and conduct gap analysis
- Define clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements
- Produce and maintain business analysis documentation
- Highlight risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project managers, testers, developers and business teams
- Influence and manage stakeholders across multiple regions
- Support business change from both technical and people perspectives
- Promote best-practice business analysis within the organisation
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years as a Business Analyst (or 5+ for senior level)
- Strong understanding of IT, systems and project delivery
- Proven experience working with global or cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with multiple delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Business analysis qualifications beneficial
- Insurance experience helpful but not essential
