Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial consultation through to resolution.
- Provide clear and expert advice to clients on their rights and options in cases of medical negligence.
- Draft and review legal documents, including claims, witness statements, and expert reports.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional levels of care and support.
- Actively engage in marketing initiatives to promote our clinical negligence services and drive departmental growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to deliver exceptional client service.
What We’re Looking For
- A qualified Grade A Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence (candidates with a strong interest in the field or transferrable skills are welcome to apply).
- A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a genuine client-focus and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Commercially aware thinkers who can strategically contribute to the growth of the department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with clients.
