The Role
You will take ownership of allocated clients from initial enquiry through to completion..
Your work will include:
- Regulated residential mortgages.
- Bridging finance.
- Second charge mortgages.
- Protection.
You will conduct client meetings and fact finds, assess borrowing requirements, research and recommend suitable solutions, submit business and maintain responsibility for the client throughout the transaction..
You will work alongside our internal operations team, with AI-assisted administration and case support helping to reduce routine administrative work and progress cases efficiently..

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced adviser who is confident managing and converting a consistent pipeline of client opportunities..
- Hold CeMAP or an equivalent recognised mortgage qualification.
- Have experience providing regulated mortgage advice.
- Have a strong understanding of the UK mortgage market.
- Be confident managing clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Have strong communication and client management skills.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and record keeping.
- Be commercially focused and comfortable working within a performance-led environment.
Experience with bridging finance, second charge mortgages and protection would be advantageous..
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a strong recent track record of written and completed mortgage business..
Earnings & Structure
This is a self-employed, commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.. Expected annual earnings are £60,000–£100,000+, dependent upon individual performance and completed business..
