This is a role for a real salesperson. Not someone looking for a comfortable lifestyle role. Not someone happy ticking boxes and cruising to quota. This is an opportunity for a hungry, ambitious Account Executive to sell a modern, fast-growing connected worker and operational execution platform into manufacturing and operations teams across the UK and EMEA. They are scaling, backed by private equity, and raising the bar across their European sales organisation.
The Opportunity:
- You’ll be responsible for winning new logo business across manufacturing-led organisations — selling directly to operations, manufacturing, quality and plant leadership, not just office-based buyers.
This role suits someone who:
- Loves hunting and winning new business
- Enjoys selling into real operational environments
- Wants uncapped commission and the chance to earn well beyond target
- Is motivated by performance, progression and accountability
They want people who want to win, not people who want an easy ride.
Compensation & Upside:
- Base salary: £80,000 – £95,000
- OTE: Double base
- Commission: Uncapped, with accelerators
- Strong performers can earn £160k+ and beyond
- The commission plan is designed to reward people who consistently close deals, not those who coast.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to close
- Selling a connected worker / operational execution platform into manufacturing organisations
- Engaging with plant managers, operations leaders, quality teams and senior stakeholders
- Running discovery calls, demos, commercial negotiations and deal close
- Building and managing a healthy pipeline of new logo opportunities
- Working closely with marketing, leadership and delivery teams
- Helping the business expand further into the mid-market, while still supporting larger enterprise accounts where relevant
This is a remote-first role, with flexibility and autonomy — but also high expectations.
Who This Role Is For:
- You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Executive
- A background selling B2B SaaS into manufacturing, operations, quality or industrial environments
- Experience selling solutions such as Connected Worker, MES, OEE, QMS, or operational software
- A genuine hunter mindset — outbound doesn’t scare you
- High personal standards, coachability, and discipline
- Ambition to progress and grow as the company scales
- Languages beyond English are a bonus, but not essential.
Why Join Them?
- Fast-growing product with strong market traction
- Modern, intuitive platform solving real shop-floor problems
- Remote-first culture with trust and autonomy
- Clear expectation setting — performance is rewarded
- Opportunity to grow with the business as it scales across EMEA
This is a chance to build a serious sales career, not just hold a sales title. If you’re an ambitious Account Executive who wants...
- Uncapped earnings
- A product you can believe in
- A leadership team that values performance over politics
- A role where effort and results are directly rewarded…
then I’d love to chat with you.
