Responsibilities
- Deliver high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles.
- Take ownership of learning delivery and compliance.
- Lead on attraction, selection, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Deliver and facilitate inductions and mandatory training to ensure colleagues are fully prepared and compliant.
- Prepare the organisation for audit, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring learning and compliance frameworks are embedded and consistently applied.
- Review and improve the learning offer, modernising content, and enhancing digital systems and processes.
Qualifications / Experience
- Highly organised, resilient individual with proven experience in high-volume recruitment and hands-on learning delivery.
- Confident facilitating training, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with stakeholders at all levels.
- A continuous improvement mindset is essential, along with the ability to modernise processes, improve systems, and bring fresh thinking to established ways of working.
