Our client is a well-established organisation embarking on a period of major transformation. As a result, they are seeking to appoint a Head of HR to play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting large-scale organisational change across multiple business areas.
Reporting into the HR Director, this role will lead a team of HR Business Partners and work closely with Executive and senior leadership teams to deliver strategic people initiatives aligned to business priorities. The position will take ownership of the people related aspects of change agenda within certain business areas, driving organisation design, workforce planning, leadership capability and change programmes.
Working in partnership with wider people teams, you will ensure a consistent, commercially focused and people-centred approach across the organisation.
You are an experienced senior HR leader with a strong background in complex, ideally unionised environments and a proven ability to influence at Executive level. Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, you bring significant expertise in change and transformation, and of managing complex relationships within all areas of the business. You are commercially minded, resilient and credible, with the ability to balance business priorities with colleague experience. Strong negotiation, coaching and leadership capability will be essential, alongside a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
