Our client is a well-established and highly respected international organisation, recognised for its quality and commitment to excellence. Following a period of recent change, they are now looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to support a key business division.

Reporting into the European HR Director and business partnering at a senior level, this is a strategic leadership role, where you will support a defined European business area, will partner directly with the SLT, whilst working closely with the wider people team and HR COE’s. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people initiatives that align with the broader HR agenda, playing a critical part in enabling the organisation to attract and retain top talent, you will be at the forefront of embedding a culture where everyone can thrive. A rounded generalist you will champion values-based leadership coaching and guiding managers to foster a high-performance culture that will support the businesses growth and objectives. Commercially savvy and data-driven, with a passion for making a real impact through people, you will lead on a variety of HR transformation and organisational design initiatives, all with the aim of enhancing performance and driving an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You are a solid HR Business Partner who is self-motivated, commercially minded, and capable of navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With your strong communication and leadership development skills you will have the ability to confidently engage with senior leaders, challenge ideas, and influence decision-making. You will be credible, commercial, and proactive, ideally with European experience and prior exposure of supporting technology, procurement or logistics within a large, multi-site, retail, FMCG or similar type organisation.
