Due to continued growth and an evolving people agenda, they are looking to appoint a People Advisor to provide hands-on support across a number of locations, ensuring managers and employees receive proactive, high-quality people support.
Reporting into the People Partner, this role will provide operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Employee relations
- Recruitment
- Onboarding
- Absence management
- Learning and development
- Compliance activities
You will work closely with local leadership teams to provide practical advice and guidance, support formal people processes, coordinate recruitment activities, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to workforce planning and talent initiatives.
You will be an experienced HR professional with a broad generalist background and a sound understanding of UK employment legislation. Comfortable managing multiple priorities, you will have experience supporting employee relations matters, building effective relationships with stakeholders, and delivering a responsive and customer-focused people service. CIPD qualification, or progress towards one, is essential, while experience within a regulated environment would be advantageous.
