£35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits. Permanent, Trafford.

This role has arisen to support the People Business Partner and multiple manufacturing sites, supporting managers and employees, as well as contributing to the wider people strategy.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this role will provide hands-on HR support across a broad generalist remit, covering employee relations, recruitment, performance management, learning & development and engagement activities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering pragmatic HR guidance and ensuring processes are delivered effectively and in line with company policies and employment legislation.

You will be an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment. With sound knowledge of employment law and a practical, solutions-focused approach, you’ll be confident handling casework, supporting recruitment activity, and partnering with leaders to drive performance and engagement. You will coordinate training ensuring files are kept up to date and identify any training needs. A background in manufacturing or a similar environment would be advantageous, but not essential.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build credibility quickly will be key to success.
