Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational HR support to senior leaders within a defined area of the business.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people initiatives that align with the broader HR & transformation agenda.
- This role plays a critical part in enabling the organisation to attract and retain top talent, build organisational capability, and cultivate a culture of high performance and engagement.
- You will lead on a number of critical projects including organisational design, cultural development, and broader change initiatives, all with the aim of enhancing performance and driving an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- You will be a credible, commercial and proactive HR Business Partner, experienced in navigating complex, fast‑paced environments.
- With a strong generalist background you will be confident in your ability to influence at a senior level and deliver impactful HR solutions.
- Experience within a large manufacturing or logistics‑type organisation will be highly regarded.
