Our client is a successful leading organisation with a long history of offering excellent services to their customers. Due to an exciting period of change, they now have the requirement for a Learning and Development (Management/Leadership) Partner to join their team.

As Learning and Development Partner, you will report into the Global Talent Development Manager and will play an active role in shaping and delivering global learning solutions that align with the business goals. You will act as a true business partner to senior leaders and HR Business Partners across the organisation, building relationships, assessing management development needs and designing learning solutions that build capability, drive performance, and support a culture of continuous learning.

This is a hands-on role where you will help influence strategies to increase performance and engagement, identifying strengths and weaknesses in learning plans across functions, designing, delivering and facilitating management and leadership development programmes, collaborating closely with HR and Talent colleagues to ensure the delivery of these programs across a variety of functions.

You are ambitious, commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and changing environment. You communicate well with people at all levels and have the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels across all functions. You have a broad learning mindset with prior experience in design, delivery and evaluation of management and leadership development programmes, ideally gained from your time within a manufacturing or similar type organisation.
