Our client is a large, successful organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to an exciting period of change, they are now looking for an experienced Industrial Relations Partner to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of Industrial Relations, you will be responsible for supporting the business on a range of initiatives around employee relations and industrial relations, playing a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships between management, employees, and trade unions whilst ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policy.

An experienced candidate, you will work to develop the industrial relations strategy, creating a positive employee climate that supports capability and engagement. You will act as the escalation point for providing expert advice and guidance to the business on complex or high-risk cases for all types of employee relations and you will work closely with leaders across the organisation to coach and influence them ensuring decisions are made in line with legislation.

An experienced and motivational Partner with a real passion for industrial relations, you will have a proven track record of driving change and improving efficiencies, ideally gained from your time within a large, customer-facing, unionised organisation.
