They are now seeking a forward-thinking HR Director to support with their continued success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting directly into the CEO, the HR Director will provide strategically minded and delivery-focused expertise to enable a safe, inclusive, and highly engaged workplace to achieve their strategic objectives of growth and sustainability.
  2. Translate business strategy and Group vision into an aligned and integrated People Plan, providing subject matter expertise in key areas around performance management, organisational design, compensation, rewards and recognition, employee relations, talent, and learning and development.
  3. Guide and develop the people function, ensuring it is fit for purpose, providing an excellent, proactive, efficient service to stakeholders across all aspects of Human Resources.
  4. Act as a trusted partner, strategic advisor and confidante for the CEO and Executive Team, able to think holistically to solve evolving stakeholder requirements while leading the development and shaping of the Group People Agenda and strategic initiatives.
  5. Build strong relationships at all levels of an organisation to foster two-way communications.
  6. Influence at a senior/group executive level and with senior leaders.
  7. Drive greater collaboration and efficiencies across the international business.
