As Head of HR, you will report into the European HR Director and be responsible for partnering multiple MDs across six sites. The role will play a critical part in bringing greater consistency, alignment and cohesion across the UK and Ireland business. Having grown through acquisition, the organisation is now focused on creating a more connected operating model, embedding a unified culture and establishing consistent ways of working to support long-term performance and sustainable growth.

Operating in a standalone capacity while leveraging the expertise of European HR COE, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and will influence at all levels of the organisation.
