Executive Assistant, Permanent, Liverpool, c£50,000 to £60,000
Our client is a fast-paced, globally connected business seeking a standalone Executive Assistant in the UK to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team. This high-profile and visible role has been created to provide dedicated executive support at a pivotal time in local and international operations.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage complex diaries and international travel, coordinate senior-level meetings, and act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across the UK and globally. You will produce professional presentations and documents, support strategic corporate projects, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the Managing Director.
You will be a highly organised, confident and professional individual with expert PowerPoint skills and experience managing senior executives’ schedules. A commercial mindset, resilience, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment are essential. Exposure to international stakeholders is highly desirable, and French language skills would be a bonus – sponsorship for language training may be available.
