As part of continued investment and a drive for operational transformation, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing & Operations Director to lead a significant business area based at their UK site. Reporting into the Industrial VP, this role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations on site, leading a large, multi-functional team of around 500 people. With nine direct reports across manufacturing, supply chain, production, special processes, planning, continuous improvement, and S&OP, this role will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering against ambitious performance goals. There will also be direct customer engagement, requiring a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
