Our client is a growing, forward-thinking organisation at an exciting stage of development.

They are looking to strengthen their HR team with an experienced and proactive HR Generalist.

This is a chance to join a supportive, close-knit team and play a pivotal role in supporting the people agenda during a time of growth and change.

Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will provide hands-on HR support across a broad generalist remit, covering employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll and engagement activities.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering pragmatic HR guidance and ensuring processes are delivered effectively and in line with company policies and employment legislation.

You will be an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

With sound knowledge of employment law and a practical, solutions-focused approach, you’ll be confident handling casework, supporting recruitment activity, and partnering with leaders to drive performance and engagement.

Monthly payroll duties will include inputting payroll data and supporting with queries.

A background in manufacturing or a similar environment would be advantageous, but not essential.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build credibility quickly will be key to success.
