Our client is a successful leading organisation with a long history of offering excellent services to their customers. Due to an exciting period of change, they now have the requirement for a Head of Talent and Executive Leadership to join them for a period of six months.

Reporting into a fabulous CPO, this is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded talent leader to shape and accelerate the organisation’s talent agenda during a period of growth and transformation. An experienced Talent professional, you will take ownership of developing and embedding a forward-thinking talent strategy that strengthens leadership capability across the business and ensures the organisation is equipped for future growth.

You will lead the performance management agenda, bringing a fresh perspective to how capability is assessed, developed, and elevated across teams whilst defining what great leadership looks like within the business, establishing clear expectations, behaviours and frameworks that support a high-performing and inclusive culture.

Working closely with the exec, you will review and enhance how future leaders are identified, recruited, and developed, ensuring succession pipelines are robust, diverse, and aligned to business goals. Alongside this, you will take the lead on DE&I, driving initiatives that broaden leadership representation and support more inclusive decision-making.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will guide and coach leaders to think differently about talent, creating more diverse leadership pathways and enabling long-term organisational capability.

We are looking for someone who brings proven experience leading talent and leadership strategies within complex or scaling environments, with strong executive presence, influencing skills and the ability to deliver pace and impact quickly.
