Our client is a high-growth, forward-thinking international business with ambitious plans and a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. Following an exciting period of change, they are now seeking an OD Consultant to join their team for a period of 6 months.
Due to an exciting period of transformation, our client is looking to appoint an experienced OD Consultant to lead organisation design activity across the business. This high-profile role will partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure the organisation has the right structures, capabilities, operating models, and workforce to deliver its current and future objectives. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll provide expert advice, constructive challenge, and commercially focused recommendations to senior stakeholders.
You’ll lead enterprise-wide OD reviews, assessing organisational effectiveness, structures, and operating models to develop future-state designs aligned to business strategy. Working closely with HR and Group Finance, you’ll establish OD frameworks and governance, using workforce data, modelling, and scenario planning to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and long-term organisational performance.
You’ll be a confident project manager who can build relationships quickly, ask the right questions and constructively challenge the status quo to deliver meaningful change. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OD professional who can combine strong OD expertise with analytical and commercial skills, using data to turn complex workforce information into clear insights, recommendations, and business cases.
