Known for their professional standards and focus on operational excellence, they are seeking to appoint a trusted Executive Assistant to support a key senior leader, ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities and priorities.
Reporting into a Senior Executive, this role will provide comprehensive Executive Assistant support, managing a complex and ever-changing diary, coordinating international travel, and ensuring full preparation for key internal and external meetings. The role will also extend support to the wider leadership team, including meeting organisation, agenda setting, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
In addition, the position will take responsibility for budget administration, including purchase orders, invoice management, and liaison with finance teams, as well as supporting IT and operational requirements within the team.
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders within a global, matrixed organisation. Highly organised and proactive, you will be confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You will demonstrate discretion when handling sensitive information, alongside a professional and engaging communication style that enables you to build strong relationships across all levels.
A positive, flexible approach and a genuine willingness to go the extra mile are essential, as is the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have gained your experience within a retail or similar customer facing organisation.
