Our client is a successful international organisation with a strong track record of delivering high-quality products and services to their customers. Due to an exciting period of growth and transformation, they are seeking a Talent Development Partner to join their team.
As Talent Development Partner, you will report directly into the Chief People Officer and play an integral role in the wider People team. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering learning and talent solutions that support the organisation’s strategic goals. Acting as a true business partner to senior leaders and HR Business Partners, you will build strong relationships, assess development needs, and design impactful learning solutions that build capability, drive performance, and support a high-performing, continuous learning culture.
This hands-on sole contributor role covers the full learning and talent agenda, from onboarding and induction to leadership development and apprenticeship programmes. You will lead and deliver learning and talent solutions that drive performance and engagement across both head office and operational areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing a performance framework to set expectations, assess performance, and support development;
- Identifying capability gaps;
- Designing tailored development solutions through a blended approach, including internal programmes, coaching, and working with external providers;
- Driving the organisation's apprenticeship programme and being fully responsible for the LMS.
Passionate about Talent Development, you will work closely with the wider HR team to strengthen succession planning and talent calibration across critical roles. You will engage and influence senior leaders, identify strengths and gaps in existing development plans, and design, deliver, and facilitate management and leadership development programmes to enhance capability at an executive level.
You are ambitious, commercially minded, and data-led, comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You operate confidently and independently in an evolving organisation, communicating with impact at all levels and influencing stakeholders with both credibility and constructive challenge. You bring a broad learning mindset and a proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams, functions, and locations.
