Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join Team OB in our Andover Warehouse. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week. As a Warehouse Manager at OB, you will be a confident, persuasive, and self-sufficient leader with exemplary people management skills. This role will involve being extremely proactive in learning all relevant systems and using this knowledge to achieve a smoothly run and efficient logistics operation. You will be experienced in planning, directing, and controlling all aspects of a busy warehouse, including receiving goods, quality control, put-away, picking, fulfilment dispatch, stock control, and delivery of a wide variety of products and supplies to all our stores. With a growing website, you will also be responsible for ensuring our ecommerce orders are picked and dispatched in line with delivery SLAs. More about the role OBs Warehouse Manager will: Manage the warehouse across a 6 & 7 day week and multiple shift patterns Review, redesign and develop warehouse and logistics procedures. Evaluate space allocation and implement any recommended changes to improve efficiency and ensure future capacity requirements are met.
