Our client is a leading (and growing!) technology and professional services consultancy and are looking for an experienced Workday Developer / Consultant. You’ll design, develop and deploy Workday integrations using a variety of tools and develop custom integrations using data transformation tools. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and others to gather and analyse integration requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. You’ll also be key in integration strategy discussions, roadmap planning, and architectural reviews.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workday Integration Developer
- Strong proficiency in integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Studio.
- Expertise in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and API integrations.
- Solid understanding of data transformation technologies
- Familiarity with Workday security models would be ideal
- Knowledge of HR and / or Financial business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
