Our client is a growing FinTech. Their software connects banks, credit providers, APIs, data aggregators, and mobile apps. They build entire FinTech and eCommerce solutions for use around the world.

Based in brand new offices in central London, they can offer great hybrid office / WFH flexibility. They’re looking to hire an IT support, desktop and infrastructure engineer to report directly to the Head of Operations and be key to growth and day-to-day support and the ongoing evolution of IT.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of IT support and engineering
  • A motivated, proactive approach to work and desire to learn new things
  • Excellent attitude and communication skills
  • Previous FinTech / Finance experience would be ideal
  • Knowledge of problem management software such as ServiceNow or JIRA
