Own coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes across multiple roles
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Screen CVs against role requirements and manage candidate pipelines
- Support testing processes and ensure smooth execution
- Track feedback, hiring progress, and reporting via ATS systems
- Ensure a high-quality onboarding experience for new joiners
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
