Our client is one of the UK’s leading retail and ecommerce brands and are growing their Network, Cloud and Infrastructure IT team. In their Stoke office, 2 days a week, hybrid working, they’re looking to hire a 2nd Line Support Analyst / Engineer – Someone with good skills across end user support, virtual machines, Windows, Microsoft 365 and more – a real all-rounder.

You’ll support the backbone of their technology estate and be key in ensuring the IT infrastructure is secure, resilient and ready to scale. Day to day, you’ll support end-users and IT support teams across the company, working on issues escalated from the Helpdesk and 1st line team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar 2nd line IT support analyst / engineering role
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365
  • Broad infrastructure knowledge across Active Directory, Virtual Machines and Citrix, (Windows) Servers, SQL Server, monitoring and Azure cloud etc
  • Solid understanding of networking (DNC, DHCP etc)
  • Good experience of Intune, SCCM would be ideal too
  • Experience working directly with end users and customers
