Staff Software Engineer | AI Start-Up | London
We're partnering with a high-growth AI Start-up, they've recently raised Series B funding and are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help scale its backend and data infrastructure.
Requirements
- 9+ years building production backend systems
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Python and Go
- Deep expertise across databases, streaming, queues, and caching
- Experience operating infrastructure at scale, including: PostgreSQL / ClickHouse / Grafana / Prometheus / Mimir
- Strong background in observability, monitoring, reliability, and performance
