They are looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help shape and scale a product used by thousands of teams globally. This is a senior IC role for someone who loves building elegant systems and influencing product direction.
The Role
- Designing and owning core backend systems end-to-end
- Working closely with Product & Design
- Setting technical direction and raising the bar for other engineers
- Building scalable, reliable services that actually ship
Requirements
- 7+ years backend engineering experience
- Strong system design skills and API thinking
- Experience as an individual contributor at a Senior or above level
- Experience leading teams working on complex problems
- Experience working on or leading teams utilising Golang and Typescript on modern cloud architectures offered by AWS and/or GCP
