We’re hiring for a modern digital product engineering organisation building cloud-native products and platforms used across large-scale enterprise environments.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile engineering cultures and enjoys helping cross-functional teams improve delivery flow, collaboration, predictability, and quality. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role — they’re looking for someone with a pragmatic approach to delivery leadership across Lean, Kanban, DevOps, and modern product delivery practices.
You’ll be:
- Supporting cross-functional product engineering teams
- Driving continuous improvement across delivery and flow
- Coaching teams across Agile, Lean & Kanban practices
- Helping teams reduce blockers and improve predictability
- Working closely with Product, Engineering & Platform teams
- Using delivery metrics and feedback loops to improve outcomes
Ideal background:
- Experience in Delivery Lead / Agile Delivery / Scrum Master type roles
- Strong understanding of Lean, Kanban & modern Agile practices
- Experience working in cloud-native engineering environments
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, coaching & stakeholder management skills
- Experience improving delivery flow, quality, and team effectiveness
Bonus points for:
- Exposure to DevOps environments, CI/CD & platform engineering
- Experience with flow metrics, DORA metrics or value stream thinking
- Background in modern SaaS or product engineering organisations
