Job Description

CRM Solution Architect – Hybrid London – Up to £100K – Strong Azure experience

A leading organisation in the sports and events industry is seeking a CRM Solution Architect to join its growing Digital Technology division. You’ll play a key role in shaping the architecture of digital products across sales, service, and marketing capabilities. Working within a new programme team and reporting to the Head of Architecture & Data Engineering, you’ll ensure that modern, scalable, cloud-first solutions are implemented to drive strategic outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a high-profile digital transformation, working closely with enterprise and engineering teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design for cloud-based CRM, CDP, and marketing technology systems
  • Guide onshore and offshore teams in delivering against robust solution architectures
