Senior Full Stack Engineer – High-Growth B2B Tech Company – Up to £100k + Equity
Salary: £75,000–£100,000 + Equity
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week)
Tech Stack: TypeScript, React, Node/NestJS, Go, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Cloud (AWS/GCP)
We're working with a fast-growing B2B technology company that's transforming a traditional industry through modern software. With strong backing, an ambitious roadmap and a collaborative engineering culture, they're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of their platform.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work across the full product lifecycle, partnering closely with product and design to solve complex problems and deliver high-impact features that customers genuinely value.
What you'll be doing:
Building scalable products used by a growing customer base
Working across the full stack to deliver new features and improve existing systems
Collaborating closely with product and design to shape solutions from idea to release
Contributing to technical direction, architecture and engineering standards
Taking ownership of projects and driving them through to production
You'll be a great fit if you:
