Oliver Bernard have partnered with a globally recognised organisation seeking a Digital Product Manager to take ownership of a market-leading client analytics platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly established Product function and play a key role in defining product strategy, roadmap priorities, and user experience improvements.
You'll own the product backlog from day one, working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients across multiple international markets.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning and evolving the product roadmap and backlog
- Working closely with developers, data teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver new features
- Translating complex business requirements into clear product solutions
- Driving improvements in customer experience, usability, and product performance
- Using customer feedback, analytics, and business insight to inform prioritisation decisions
- Championing product best practice within a growing Product team
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years' experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role
- A strong background in Business Analysis with a natural progression into Product would be highly attractive
- Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
- Good understanding of data products, analytics platforms, or ETL/data pipelines
- A strong instinct for UX and customer-centric product development
- Experience within Insurance, Employee Benefits, HealthTech, or other regulated sectors is beneficial but not essential
- A strong understanding of the full SLDC is required
