We are currently partnered with an exciting SaaS company that’s scaling rapidly. They’re now looking for a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) to play a key role in shaping their product and engineering culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to work closely with leadership while remaining hands-on.
The Role
- Take ownership of key product features end-to-end
- Build scalable, high-performance applications
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineers
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy

- Frontend: React
- Backend: Python
- Languages: TypeScript
- Cloud/Infra: Modern cloud environment (AWS/GCP)

Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in React, Python, and TypeScript
- Proven experience working in SaaS environments
- Experience in startup or scale-up (Series A+) environments
- Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling products post-Series A
- Exposure to DevOps or cloud infrastructure
- Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience
