What you’ll be doing
- Designing, building and evaluating NLP, LLM and generative AI solutions
- Developing production-ready Python code with engineering teams
- Setting up evaluation and monitoring frameworks so outputs are trusted and reliable
- Mentoring colleagues and helping raise the technical bar
What you’ll bring
- Strong Python and solid machine learning fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG or NLP in an applied or product setting
- Experience with large text or content-rich datasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices
