We are partnered with a global financial technology company operating at the intersection of private markets, data, and wealth management. The company builds web-based platforms used by investment and wealth management firms worldwide, supporting complex data, reporting, and regulatory requirements across multiple regions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, building, and maintaining data ingestion pipelines
- Championing strong data architecture and data quality across the platform
- Managing and optimising databases across environments
- Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to deliver new features
- Troubleshooting data issues and improving reliability and performance
- Writing clean, maintainable, well-tested Python code
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
- Experience using cloud platforms, ideally Azure
- Solid understanding of data modelling, quality, reconciliation, and debugging
- Comfortable working in Agile teams with modern version control
- Financial services or reporting experience is a plus
